RESIDENTIAL LAS TERRAZAS GOLF

The land on which we operate has a surface of 10,700 M². The total constructed area is 5,000 M² above ground.

The complex comprises a total of 34 townhouses on the golf course and pool area with common bathrooms located in the central area of the plot.

SYNOPSIS PROJECT BY THE ARCHITECTS IN MALAGA:

Las Terrazas La Cala Golf, in Mijas, Málaga is a housing complex very closely related to the golf of La Cala. These 34 townhouses together with its gardens, communal areas and pools, are inserted in a nice setting creating beautiful routes through the small paths that surround them.

It is a project that the study of architecture deals from the extensive experience they have with this type of constructions. They have done many housing projects where the residential relationships with golf course is essential. It is not a subject that is very abundant in other countries, however, is very characteristic of the Costa del Sol. Part of the focus is on guiding the main rooms of homes to the golf course, to enjoy the extraordinary views. In addition, the residential complex will be located in a friendly environment, surrounded by the green fields.

The architects have designed the homes with light balconies over porches for maximum enjoyment of the good climate of southern Andalusia. The vegetation is abundant not only in the immediate surroundings, but also in public areas and balconies of the houses. The whole plot is organized to create a set of small pieces that lay gently naturally on the ground, without great walls that save big split levels. An architecture that adapts to the natural environment and becomes part of it, without being protagonist and providing the best service.
