The land on which we operate has a surface of 4,401 M².

The total constructed area is 4279 M² above ground and 1562 M² in the basement for parking and storage.

The project comprises a total of 19 homes divided into 3 buildings. All of them share a pool area and common bathrooms located in the central area of the plot.

Terrazas de Cabopino, due to the low density built, the quality of the materials, privileged location and notable architectural composition, has been conceived as a complex that provides pleasant images of a moderate but elegant luxury, added to a long list of positive feelings, all close to meeting the needs of the applicants demands.

SYNOPSIS PROJECT BY THE ARCHITECTS IN MARBELLA:

Las Terrazas de Cabopino in Marbella, are a set of multi-family houses, grouped in different buildings, forming part of an elegant development full of green spaces and common areas with pool. The various buildings are displayed, depending on which part they are, more vertically or horizontally.

In the elevations faced to open spaces they develop the vertical component by using symmetrical towers with ceramic covered hipped roofs. For more enclosed spaces, the building does not rises so much and seeks a harmony both in height and proportions.

The name of the residential complex goes in line with the project idea, since the plot sorts out in different terraces and also buildings are designed completely open to the outside, very permeable and transparent facades facing the gardens.

The vegetation is a widely used element by designers and fundamental to the project, which helps integrate the built part in this special environment.

The overall image of the project relies heavily on these elegant ceramic tile roofing, emerging among the green of the tallest trees.

Each space is designed with the utmost attention because the sum of each detail is the way to obtain a in harmony and balance complex image.

The experience of this study of architects in this type of projects in Marbella, Malaga is very wide and it is shown in the numerous works they have undertaken along the Costa del Sol.
