Foundations coated with humanity and knowledge, designed for the enjoyment of the senses, homes to live and integrated with the environment, wrapped in a cork oak forest.
ARCHITECTURE VISION IN CADIZ :
The province of Cadiz, Andalusia, is where these houses will be located, in isolated generously sized plots. This architecture studio in Spain has designed the houses with elegant presence, elevate on two level scales that show a volume that sits emphatic on the ground giving in its architecture a feeling of solidity and comfort.
As mentioned before, order the façade on two levels is a design strategy that brings harmony, hierarchy and depth to the image of the rebels. The sloping ceramic tile roofs so characteristic of this area give a visual weight to the image of the building that perfectly balances volume with form.
The occupation of the plot has been made bringing the built volume to the access area and leaving the garden with private pool on the back side. It is in this space that the facade opens with large gaps creating an intense relationship between outside and inside. The property is shown more closed to the public road and more permeable to the private garden. Logic is present in the configuration of the elevations and in the design.
Downstairs are located the main common rooms. A large living room opens onto the elegant porch that precedes the pool. Upstairs are the private rooms, bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large terrace just above the front porch and being this space one of the most privileged of the house, with south facing light and great views of the pool and garden.
