We begin today with the presentation of a new project in which the design team of González & Jacobson Architecture is immersed. It is a proposal in the historic center of Malaga, in the surroundings of the Carmen Thyssen Museum, an area for years abandoned and that, thanks to the Museum has recovered in a short time a great life, with restaurants, cafes, stores and tourist accommodations.
In this context, the building in question is located, already existing and that we are going to rehabilitate with a comprehensive intervention, respecting important elements of its structure and facade, such as the sequence of holes characteristic of the elevation or the load-bearing walls, which in some apartments will be exposed, to highlight its prominence.

The result is a residential project of one and two-bedroom apartments, with generous and very open spaces.
