Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture is completing the execution of three Luxury villas located in the “Lomas de Marbella” urbanisation, Malaga.

The BIM methodology employed allows us to develop the project with greater precision, aiding in the selection and simulation of construction solutions as they will be executed on site.

For architects, BIM is a valuable tool that facilitates more informed decision-making regarding project choices, visualises design solutions realistically, communicates effectively with clients, streamlines collaboration with other professionals, and prevents unforeseen issues during construction.

In architecture, BIM involves creating and managing the informational model of the project throughout its lifecycle.

These models also support coordinating all involved disciplines (structure and installations), ensuring that their correct layout and design allow us to create spaces with minimal future construction issues.
