Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture adds to its professional portfolio the design of 14 contemporary luxury villas in Bel Air/Cancelada, Estepona, Malaga.

This project spans a vast plot, with each luxury villa boasting private, direct access. The 14 luxury villas are divided into three distinct types: A, B, and C, with plot sizes ranging from 800m² to 1,400m² and built areas between 203m² and 218m².

The luxury villas’ positioning within the residential complex optimises orientation and views, enhancing their unique qualities.

Types A and B feature three-level homes: basement, ground floor, and first floor, complete with gardens and pools. These types are similar, differing only in internal layout and room allocation. Type C comprises a single level with all essential living areas plus four bedrooms, and a rooftop terrace with BBQ area and jacuzzi.

We present the elevations and design proposals for these luxury villas to illustrate the development concept.
