Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture, having won the competition by “Prestige Expo” and received approval for the preliminary design, is proceeding with the basic project for three luxury villas in Lomas de Marbella, Malaga, Costa del Sol.
During development, changes and modifications substantially improve the project design. Images and corrections from the “Lomas de Marbella” basic project development are attached.
This project utilises BIM methodology, which provides 3D visualisations to better study the exterior design’s volumetrics and offers improved control over urban planning regulations data.
