Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture and their Architects in Marbella presents two typologies for these Luxury villas, each distributed across three floors: ground floor, first floor, and solarium.

The luxury villas’ positioning within the plots features different orientations, influencing the placement of pools, parking areas, and other amenities. Their proximity allows for a symbiotic relationship, capitalising on the terrain, light, space, and surrounding greenery.

The aim is to optimise the houses’ placement on the plots, considering sun orientation and topography. This will inform the design, façade arrangement, and room distribution for maximum convenience and efficiency.
