DOM3, an association of entrepreneurs and professionals from different sectors related to high-end housing, wanted to address issues related to excellence, productivity and high performance in companies.

The person in charge of the presentation with title “In excellence, nothing is accidental” was Antonio Garrido, founder of Next Target.

During the training day at Puente Romano, Marbella, Antonio Garrido explored various action points, providing diverse tools and information to help company executives effectively manage their teams, optimising both personnel and productivity.
