González & Jacobson Architecture presents a preliminary design concept for a villa in Cascada de Camojan, Marbella, Malaga.

A very interesting project due to its characteristics. An idea and first approach to the project as we like to work, side by side with the client in search of the best product, as we understand that this transversal work that we do together, feeds logically and enriches at the same time.

From the point of view of the surroundings, the plot allows for a logical placement of the different rooms in order to make the house energy-efficient.

The villa follows the guiding idea of the project. It welcomes us like a wave of green roofs, softly proportioned and in dialogue with the surroundings, reducing the visual impact.

The villa has been divided into two parts, on the one hand the area below ground level that we have designed in reinforced concrete and the other above ground level that will be built in an industrialised system with a laminated wood structure roof and a landscaped covering.

González & Jacobson Architecture has developed thousands of square metres on the Costa del Sol with BREEAM and PASSIVE HAUS certifications, added to the experience in the development of residential products in BIM environment and in pre-industrialised systems. Tools and knowledge that he applies in the study and development of his architectural projects.

Climate change, urban recycling, and sustainable projects form the foundation on which the González & Jacobson Architecture team bases its new challenges. These challenges aim to enhance community well-being, reduce environmental impact, and contribute to more responsible development, among other goals.
