Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture presents initial ideas for a technical study of building envelope in plot UA-4 southern sector O TO4 of La Gaspara in Estepona, Malaga.

Option 3: 11 blocks, 3 housing types ABC, total 71 homes in Estepona.

Option 3 maximises golf-facing homes (northeast, east, south). It uses a perimeter road to the south, placing buildings parallel to the golf course and road for better sunlight and views. The northern part adapts to terrain contours, with basement connections from the southern road.

Option 4: 11 blocks, 3 housing types ABC, total 68 homes in Estepona.

This layout divides the plot into north and south zones with a central road. The north zone faces east, with a 7-metre level difference allowing unobstructed views. Two of five modules are on the golf course frontline.

The south zone faces south for ideal sunlight, with more homes in Estepona on the golf course frontline.

Option 5: 11 blocks, 3 housing types ABC, total 68 homes in Estepona. This option and the previous one offer a more homogeneous yet diverse product, with equal percentages of south and east-facing homes, avoiding north orientations. The pool area is centrally located for easy access.
