Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture presents an interior design proposal in Benahavis for El Real de la Quinta for the common areas of a residential development comprising five blocks of flats in El Real de La Quinta, Benahavis, Malaga.

The interior design in Benahavis proposal includes the coworking space and spa for this Costa del Sol residential complex. These areas are designed according to their specific functions, utilising materials tailored to their intended uses.

Relaxing environments, indirect lighting, and the soothing sound of water create the perfect backdrop for relaxation in the spa area. Attention is given to forms, textures, colours, and temperature to achieve an atmosphere of peace and purity.

To relieve tension and unwind, the spa will feature a sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, showers, and sun loungers, along with a gym.

Notably, the proposal includes Pavlex Fitness 10.5 tiles (1 x 1m) in medium grey for flooring and JUNCKERS floating wood flooring for the gym.
