The contemporary architectural design proposes a residential development comprised of multi-family housing organized into blocks, with a total of six buildings housing 120 apartments.
The blocks are configured as staggered blocks, a solution that allows for optimal adaptation to the topography of the land and ensures compliance with applicable urban planning regulations.
This adaptation justifies the differentiation between typologies A and B within the same block.
