Gonzalez & Jacobson is set to commence construction on the third phase of Vanian Gardens, a project commissioned by Aedas Homes. This phase will comprise 49 contemporary residences in Selwo, Estepona, Malaga.
The presented images are sketches exploring façade solutions, featuring the development’s characteristic play of volumes and colors that lend personality and appeal to the buildings.
Computer-generated survey images of the project are included, demonstrating constructive solutions for all encounters and particularities. Utilizing BIM methodology, we can anticipate on-site issues and evaluate various construction solutions, ensuring the buildings’ execution is as economical, sustainable, and efficient as possible.
