Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture and their architects in malaga are currently executing a residential project comprising 60 homes and pools at El Carvajal, Fuengirola, Malaga. This architectural project has been advancing week by week.
The architects in Malaga, is diligently progressing with the Carvajal development, applying their expertise to ensure every aspect of the project contributes to its success.

In the background, Block 3 is nearing completion of its outer shell and waterproofing of the roof.
In the foreground, formwork for the ground floor slab of Block 1 is underway on the left.
In Block 3, waterproofing at the roof level is being finalised; overlaps and reinforcements are being checked for proper execution. On lower levels, underfloor heating installation is in progress, with anti-impact insulation (blue) visible alongside 8 cm thick insulation placed beneath the underfloor heating circuit (green). The construction team is marking (orange line) to ensure that pipes do not align with partition walls, preventing potential drilling issues during cladding installation.
Once the underfloor heating is completed, work will commence on insulating the facade and interior partitioning.
Block 1 (Stairs 1 to 3): Concrete pouring for the second floor is ongoing.
Block 1 (Stairs 4 and 5): The boundary walls of the basement have been completed, and formwork for the -1-floor slab is being installed.
Block 3: Scaffolding has been erected for applying an exterior finish with a waterproof monocarp layer as a base for final paint.
A view of the pool area shows it slightly lower than the ground floor of Blocks 2 and 3.
Block 1 (Stairs 1 to 3): Concrete pouring for the third and top floor is in progress.
Block 1 (Stairs 4 and 5): The columns supporting the first floor have been poured.
Block 3: The bathroom ceiling is under review for installations. Crossings have been adjusted to maintain the planned height of the false ceiling. Foam sealing of gaps between rooms is being verified to prevent sound transmission.
