Gonzalez & Jacobson presents an architectural project for 8 single-family houses with  swimming pools in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella, Malaga.

The architectural studio in Las Chapas, Marbella, often works and collaborates with professionals in the field and associates to finalize a project and give it shape. Today there are enough tools that make it easier to share and carry out these projects in collaboration, guaranteeing their success.

This site aims to locate and implement the 8 single-family houses on a plot, with their vehicle and pedestrian accesses.

Due to the topography of the land, the implementation of the dimensions of each house, its accesses and compliance with urban planning regulations has been carefully studied. Situation that is considered and analysed in all architectural projects.

In this case, the difference in level between the two access roads to the plot is used to create an internal street that allows each home to have two entrances: one main one at ground floor level and another one for vehicle access to the basement garage, avoiding having to create a ramp for each house with all that this entails. All this adapting the homes to the topography and their orientation, allowing views of them.

Furthermore, elevations of the views of the different homes in relation to their location on the plot are attached.
