This project presented by the architectural studio of GONZÁLEZ & JACOBSON is composed of a total of 175 apartments divided into two phases, each one of 6 blocks arranged on an irregular terrain and of uneven topography with 23 meters of unevenness.
The preliminary project is carried out on a land of 18,019.55 m2 and 8,300 m2 of buildable area, in which four housing blocks of 3 and 4 rooms, garden areas and swimming pools are projected.
Project for apartments of 3 and 4 bedroom semi-detached houses, with a proportion of 68% and 32% respectively, are projected, with a vertical development of two floors (ground and first floor) and optionally a solarium on the top floor. With a total of 44 units and 9,486.5 m2 buildable.
The project was executed on a plot of 8.200m2, are projected the 26 houses with 3 bedrooms and useful surfaces of approximately 160m2, 60m2 of terrace and 30m2.
Project of 10 villas are divided between the Basement, Ground Floor, Upper Floor and Roof-Solarium. The villas have an almost identical program of needs, sharing a big central area/ community basement for recreation and sports use, plus garden areas and swimming pool.
The volumes of the dwellings be built are those resulting from the application of urban ordinances and parameters related to habitability and functionality. Thus, the different homes vary between 250 and 350 m2, on plots of approximately 1000 to 1400 m2.
The Villas of Rocío de Nagüeles are developed on several levels: ground floor, first floor and basement, responding to a program with a functional order for daily use. Homes of approximately 230 m2 and plots of 1150 m2.
Contemporary residential complex with a great visual and sensory experience. There are four blocks of multi-family dwellings with a total of 47 dwellings of different types.
The apartments have practically a similar program of needs, however, different types of houses are develop according to their location within each block and the available square meters, that vary between 125 m2 to 172 m2.
