14 DETACHED VILLAS IN ISTAN LAKE, ISTAN, MALAGA.

Istan is one of the municipalities of the province of Malaga, located halfway between the Costa del Sol and the Sierra de las Nieves. Through its territory runs the Verde River, which before reaching the Reservoir de la Concepción crosses exceptional landscapes, giving a special charm to the region. In the middle of this paradise ISTAN LAKE is located and for this the architects of Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture Studio present a preliminary design project for 14 single-family detached houses in Istan, Malaga.

The 14 villas will be located on a large plot, taking advantage of the characteristics of the land through which runs a watercourse, as well as the internal roads, access to the houses, green and recreational areas.

A contemporary architectural project that will captivate more than one and will add to the great attractions of the area. The project proposes different layouts for the homes, divided into several floors, all with private swimming pool and parking. Their sizes (living area)will range from 175m2. Spacious rooms, social areas, bathrooms, kitchens, porches and terraces.
