Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture and their architects in Estepona will oversee this new project, Vanian Gardens Village, designing and building a Mediterranean village of 21 multi-family residential blocks (243 apartments) for Aedas Homes, an independent firm specialising in international investment, management, and consultancy for real estate projects.
Selwo in Estepona is located at Km 162 of the Costa del Sol motorway, home to Selwo Aventura park, where visitors can enjoy animals in a semi-free state, simulating their natural habitat.
González & Jacobson Architecture and their architects in Estepona will work for Vanian Gardens Village and will be responsible for taking on this new architectural project in Estepona. It consist of the design and construction of a Mediterranean village of 21 blocks of multi-family housing (243 apartments).
The apartment block design features contemporary architecture by the architects in Estepona, with high-quality modern homes, and inviting outdoor spaces. Modern doesn’t mean sacrificing comfort, but incorporating open and elevated spaces, varied ceiling heights, updated window systems, premium façade materials, and symmetries to showcase the project’s individuality and style.
The 45,453.31m2 plot will house 4 apartment blocks with 4 different typologies, varying in usable square metres (125m2 to 350m2), number of bedrooms (2-3 and 4), internal layout, and location within each building. The development will include common areas such as a clubhouse, multipurpose room, gym, 4 pools, access booths with direct video intercom communication to each apartment, and beautifully landscaped green areas.
Both external and internal finishes are top-quality, stylish, and incorporate unique elements highlighting the building’s characteristics.
Common areas will feature dark-toned 40×40 porcelain flooring. Pedestrian paths and pool areas will combine non-slip porcelain materials imitating wood and stone with grey artificial wood decking, creating design patterns complementing the landscaping.
Bathrooms will have ceramic or porcelain tiling imitating wood or neutral cement rendering. Apartments will have large-format porcelain flooring in living rooms and smaller tiles in other areas, in light or greyish tones imitating natural stone. Bathrooms will feature high-quality fixtures, taps, countertops, and mirrors.
Home automation will include TV, telephone, lighting, air conditioning, and alarm systems, ensuring homes are fully adapted for various services and telecommunications systems.
