There is no doubt that the reactivation of the real estate market is in process and with it the presentation again to contest of GONZALEZ & JACOBSON ARCHITECTURE with a proposal of architecture ideas for a low-density residential development in the Costa del Sol, Mijas Malaga.

On a land of great dimensions has been proposed an edification immersed in nature, completely anchored to the terrain adapting to its orography. Always respecting the existing vegetation and with the vision of being able to integrate it into the proposed landscaping. The existence of a stream that crosses the land will improve and enhance the very virtues of the recreational areas, giving it a special attraction. Nature is the main protagonist of this project.

The design that is proposed is contemporary without forgetting the roots of Mediterranean architecture. Great importance is given to the exterior image, which is why we wanted the building to be respectful with the environment, minimizing the visual impact.

Definitely a unique and wonderful design that shows that nature and architecture can coexist in perfect harmony. Wood, stone, green roofs, open spaces, huge windows, colors, textures and organic forms of nature are reflected in the interior design, reproducing its whimsical curves and finishes that enhance its great beauty, feeling of peace and harmony.

GONZÁLEZ & JACOBSON ARCHITECTURE proposes a residential development full of details. Residential blocks divided into apartments and terraced houses with different typologies, adapting to the needs of users, private and community swimming pools, clubhouse, sports area, parking lots and internal roads make this complex a reference site of great expectation. All with the determination to resolve the site in such a way that virtually all units enjoy views of the sea and the golf course.

The fusion of nature with the proposed contemporary building is a success, a reflection of the experience of the architectural studio of GONZALEZ & JACOBSON in Malaga and in other countries where they have intervened and left their mark.
