In this opportunity González & Jacobson Arquitectura presents a project for a residential complex in Riviera de Sol, a town belonging to the municipality of Mijas in the province of Malaga. Idyllic and quiet residential area between sea and mountains. Only 40 km from Malaga City, near Fuengirola and golf courses and 15 minutes drive from the famous Marbella.

On a plot of 25.013 m2, with a maximum permitted buildable area of 29.015,08 m2 and a maximum permitted occupation (45%) of 11.255,85 m2, 6 blocks of contemporary design are planned. Five practically (1,2,3,4,5) with the same characteristics and the 6th in the shape of a “V”. A slight wave movement appears in the structure of the facades of each block, giving fluidity to it.
