Cordia (SOW) is an innovative Costa del Sol project by ours architects in Marbella, presenting a sustainable concept in both natural resources and social aspects. Its unique features are its prime location and vision for a new sustainable lifestyle.
Our Marbella architects’ project spans 50,916 m2, featuring 130 high-quality homes with 23,703 m2 total buildable area.
Premium materials and sustainable construction harmoniously blend, offering residents the luxury of living in Marbella’s green heart.
The design process divided the project into six plots with various blocks, totalling 130 two- and three-bedroom multi-family apartments on upper floors, with parking in basements and ground floors.
