DESCRIPTION:

The land on which we act has a surface of 3500 M2 in Marbella.

The total constructed area is 740 M² above ground and 180 M² in basement dedicated to garage, and use of housing services.

In architecture, visual and spatial sensations lead to the understanding of twists and setbacks, expression and forms. These villas are the result of the union of volumes, created for a given function , shown as they are, which produces a visual effect of irregularities, but they are the final demonstration of the versatility of each project, the originality of adaptation to the housing needs and the necessary creativity for the completion of good jobs.

THE ARCHITECTS VISION IN MARBELLA:

The residential housing project in el Rosario an urbanization in Marbella, Malaga is composed of a design for 3-family detached dwellings, each with its own pool. Each of the homes, of similar design and configuration, has two levels and a large basement. In the ground floor are the most common areas or zones of day life and activities. Very open rooms, related intensively to the outsides, making the vegetation clearly visible from inside the rooms. Upstairs are the most private rooms, the bedrooms.

The positioning of the housing with respect to its plot is essential when configuring the private outdoor spaces for each residence. The building is located near the front access, leaving more space in the back to enjoy more intimate gardens. Thus, the constructed part exerts a protective barrier against prying eyes from the road.
