Render vs Reality
Icon Signature Villas by Gonzalez & Jacobson´s Marbella Architects is a project of 23 Luxury villas, establishing a concept designed for an exclusive and relaxed lifestyle, with six different architects collaborating in Marbella.
We are pleased to showcase the differences between the 3D infographic representation and the project’s reality, facilitating comprehension and analysis of forms, dimensions, and spatiality. Our 3D infographics serve as an effective communication tool, allowing clear and concise sharing and discussion of ideas with clients, as demonstrated in this section.
As expected, the initial project was largely maintained, with subtle changes made to decorative elements.
The perception of the initial project is virtually identical to the final outcome of this exceptional, contemporary single-family home complex called Icon Signature Villas, built in Marbella.
