ATLANTIC MAGNA IN TANGIER, MOROCCO.
Is a residential complex in Tanger, Morocco, of collective detached houses, with groups of blocks around a garden and private pool. This project is accompanied by a design, planning, management and landscape which otherwise could not be understood.
These landscape architects in Tanger, Morocco, have studied the specific situation of residential to raise the goals. Each activity is designed to promote the virtues of the enclave, the sea, the privileges of his position in the plane.
The landscaping works with all type of elements: vegetation, water and urban furniture. There are no masses of vegetation, but rather a refined subtle design where green appears controlled climbing the stone walls, in form of shrubs flanking paths or as slender palms in specific places. Water is an element widely used by these landscapers in this residential complex. It is present in small fountains, lakes surrounded by greenery as if it were an oasis, or large communal pools. Water appears both statically as a mirror reflecting an image or dynamically generating a pleasant murmur.
All urban furniture is carefully select so that nothing is left to chance. Within the same line of design architects have placed in public areas banks, ceramic pots for gardens, bins and lights.
Each element found in this development has been carefully studied for global overview to convey the same idea.
