On a plot of approximately 8.700m2 with privileged location in this municipality, 4 blocks of houses with 49 apartments of different types with useful surfaces of between 100m2 and 140m2 approximately are placed.

Within the plot, in addition to the housing blocks, there is a gymnasium and a heated underground pool and some beautiful green areas, plus an outdoor pool for the enjoyment of the community, parking and children’s area.

A contemporary architecture design in Estepona, where the union of new technologies with first-class materials for façades and innovative interior finishes, are essential to achieve a balance between aesthetics, individuality and functionality, highlighting the characteristics of González & Jacobson Architecture style and essence.
