IMARA IN MARBELLA
The landscaping project for urbanization Imara in Marbella was the key piece to achieve excellence in this complex of collective family homes. It white blocks with ceramic tile pitched roofs are immersed in what seems like an oasis in the city.
These groups of landscape architects in Marbella know the importance of this discipline in the projects that are developing on the Andalusian coast. Homes that arise are always linked to parks, gardens and pool areas. That is why landscaping is fundamental in their work.
Urbanization Imara Balcones de Sierra Blanca is a set of 12 blocks of collective detached houses which has a total of 59 apartments and three pool areas and common areas. It is a residential complex located in Marbella, Malaga, and area ofthe Andalusian coast where the architectural firm has designed many more developments. It is a field that these architects mastered to perfection, their knowledge of the environment as their work theme.
The spontaneity of vegetation that we find walking the trails of the communal areas is part of the goal of the designers as nothing has been left to chance. Each plant species has its place in this large residential complex. It is a game of heights, densities and volumes. Tall and slender palm trees are seen from the street allowing guessing the beautiful garden that hides behind the walls of the set.
