CASARES GOLF HOMES designed by the Architects in Marbella is a Residential Complex comprising 2 blocks of 29 dwellings with parking spaces, spacious terraces, private gardens, communal landscaped areas with a pool, set in a magnificent natural environment between Sotogrande and Marbella in Casares. The apartments have similar layouts but vary in typology based on their location within each block, ranging from 125 m2 to 172 m2.
We are pleased to showcase the differences between the 3D infographic representation and the project’s reality, facilitating comprehension and analysis of forms, dimensions, and spatiality. Our 3D infographics serve as an effective communication tool, allowing clear and concise sharing and discussion of ideas with clients, as demonstrated in this section.
As expected, the initial project was largely maintained, with subtle changes made to decorative elements.
The perception of the initial project is virtually identical to the final outcome of this exceptional, contemporary residential complex called CASARES GOLF HOMES, built in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella.
