A: Two-bedroom duplex with ground floor access, kitchen, living-dining area, 2 bathrooms, and terrace with pool. Basement: TV room, games area, gym, and bathroom.

B: Single-floor two-bedroom apartment with kitchen, living-dining area, 2 bathrooms, and terrace with pool.

C: Three-bedroom duplex accessed from second floor, with kitchen, living-dining area, 3 bathrooms, pergola terrace, and solarium with pool.

Block Distribution:

Block 1:

Composition: 6 homes, 10 parking spaces, 6 storage units.

Structure: Two underground levels (2 and 1), three semi-buried floors (0,1&2). Access: Main access via solarium floor through staircase and an elevator which communicates with all levels.
