When Speaking about a spatial structure, we turn our attention to social relationships that arise as a result of the project purpose. In Almuñécar the golf course is the agglutinant of a way of life and expression of a social class.

The houses have as a link, an exclusive atmosphere, a sense of belonging to a community that shares habits and pleasures, because all are related to common areas, available through a perimeter disposition which facilitates the access while it isolates them from the acoustic and visual pollution from the outsides.

URBAN PLANNING ARCHITECTS VISION IN SPAIN:

This project proposes the development of a mixed urban housing complex and golf course in Almuñecar in the province of Granada. In an area of ​​approximately 80 hectares will find the residential complex of detached dwelling and equipment belonging to the golf course.

These architects’ planners have submitted a proposal in which the blocks are grouped and appear as small towns around the golf course.
