RESIDENCES IN GUANAJUATO, MEXICO
The land on which we operate has an area of 5.13 hectares, for a development of 93 housing units in three different types, clubhouse and pool areas. For a total of 15.652 M² of construction.
The presentation of a residential complex in an excellent location, allows the architects to exploit in the project all their qualities. The desired master plan gives us a wonderful presence and a correct response of urbanization. It is organized, accessible and simple in design but complex in its execution, with a spatial distribution that maximizes its potential.
THE URBAN PLANNING ARCHITECTS VISION IN MEXICO:
The Urban planning proposed by this group of architects for Guanajuato in Mexico is an interesting example of how to combine and interrelate different uses in the same planning project. The land, subject of the proposal, has little more than 5 acres and proposes construction of 93 single-family houses, grouped in blocks, several pool areas and gardens for common activities and entertainment, a social club and some equipment more.
The landform is approximately rectangular. In the north middle, two concentric circles arise, positioning two different types of flats with gardens areas and a main pool in the center. In the southern half of the field an arrangement of two other types of flats among two big garden and swimming pools areas. In the northwest end is situated the social club with two tennis courts.
The architects have cleverly organized the plot to facilitate the movement both, of vehicles as of pedestrian. The two groups of dwellings can be traversed by central routes/paths minimizing the distances.
The vegetation will play a fundamental role in this urban planning, marking roads, forming path sections and bathing with green the communal areas of the residential development.
These planners, architects have developed a number of urban developments in similar conditions. They are a group of professionals skilled with the regulations and experienced in the design of large complexes. They have worked in countries like Spain, Angola, Mexico and Morocco and always with an evolving architecture.
