Las Tortugas in Marbella

This project consists of an urban development on a plot in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella. The acreage proposal has approximately 13 thousand square meters and is intended to develop 50 housing units with gardens and swimming pools.

LAS TORTUGAS IN MARBELLA

 

The land on which we operate has an area of 12.973 M² for a development of 50 housing units and pool areas, for a total of 12.989 M² built above ground and about 2.383 M² in basements for parking and storage.

 

The consistency in the concepts and the robustness in its artistic representation is also shown for consistency of security and confidence. Las Tortuga is a small compendium of virtues, creativity in the implementation and flexibility in the temporal and spatial adaptation. The regularity and rhythm of its representations with a studied alternate orientation creates a unique atmosphere, a happy synthesis of values and aesthetic appeals.

 

ARCHITECTS VISION – URBAN PLANNING IN MARBELLA:

 

This project consists of an urban development on a plot in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella. The acreage proposal has approximately 13 thousand square meters and is intended to develop 50 housing units with gardens and swimming pools.

 

The land has a considerable slope and is oriented to the reservoir of Las Tortugas. These characteristics logically will determine the positioning of all parts in the plot. Perimeter roads that provide access to any part of the residential complex are discussed. The proposed set consists of a large area of gardens and pools in the center and around it all the homes.

 

The architects have proposed two possible options for the inclusion of housing in the residential complex: the first is to guide all housing north-south, having all similar characteristics in terms of sunlight; the other option raised is that the pieces have a concentric orientation, are sorted radially, facing the center of the garden. Each option has its advantages and disadvantages but both have the virtue that the slope favors them and can have excellent views of the reservoir without obstructing some pieces the view of others.

 

This study of architecture in Marbella has designed many residential complex of flats on the Costa del Sol. Marbella is a city where this type of residential complexes abound and this group of architects masters perfectly this type of housing.
