Utopian cities of the past were a reflection of the possibilities of community life away from overcrowded urban centers.

Large and emblematic open spaces communicate between each other the different service modules through fluent accesses which are organized around the golf course, creating a unique functionality and beauty.

URBAN PLANNING ARCHITECTS VISION IN BURGAS, BULGARIA:

The Black Sea Golf and Country Club Burgas is an urban planning project in Bulgaria for the development of a mixed complex consisting of: golf, collective family housing and social club. The project is carried out on land with an irregular topography and an area of ​​191 hectares.

These architects begin the management of land by posing perimeter paths that creates a proper circulation throughout the area of ​​intervention. From these roads and respecting the golf field dimensions, they establish the positioning of housing blocks and equipment.
