The land on which we operate has an area of 352.2 hectares. For a total built area of 427.418 M² for single family homes, townhouses and apartments in buildings of 3 floors.

The best definition of a urban space is one that articulates the concepts of full and empty, the relations of asymmetry and balance between surfaces and volumes.

URBAN PLANNING ARCHITECTS VISION IN MOROCCO:

On a surface area of ​​about 350 acres land a residential development with golf course is proposed. All this is located in the Cape Spartel Tangier, Morocco. This study of planners, architects are familiar with the culture and architectural trends of this country given by the several interventions in this place. One of the most prominent features of the work in this area of ​​operation is that the ground is in direct contact with the coast. This situation is a virtue that should enhance the design and layout of the proposed uses.

The architects have created a network of paths that connect a peripheral circulation with a radial one. This system helps to arrange the uses and spaces, minimizing the distances between them and improving circulation. The golf course is presented as 3 orientation bands, east-west separated by the use of housing and communal areas. This alternation of uses in the plane enriches the project and increases the perimeter of the golf course so that each housing core may be in contact with it and benefits from the views it offers.

At the urban level we can see how the architects have taken into account the topography of the land and see how the architecture accommodates to the soft contours slopes, expressing the fall towards the coast.
