LA TRINIDAD – MARBELLA

The land on which we operate has an area of 40,000 M².

The constructed area is 20,000 M² above ground and 5,200 M² in the basement for parking and storage.

The whole project is composed of 8 blocks with a total of 104 apartments and two outdoor swimming areas and one isolated building with indoor pool, saunas, gym, bathrooms, etc.. Besides having large garden areas that are integrated into the existing environment of Mediterranean pines.

Residential Complexes have all the essentials components to make life in community. La Trinidad presents them all with elegance, a careful spatial distribution, landscape of exquisite sensitivity, in which the basements of the blocks rotate in a just outlined angle, who attenuates the homogeneity of the impression without losing unity.

The facades are articulated as intercolumnios pillars through lightening the gravid and relieving the monotony of the terraces for the search of greater outer surface.

THE ARCHITECTS VISION IN MARBELLA:

La Trinidad is located in Marbella, Malaga, Spain. Is a residential complex consisting of 8 blocks of apartments and a small building for common use in the pool area. The strategy followed by the architects is to place the buildings in the perimeter of the plot, which in this case has slight slop and a roughly rectangular shape. Thus housing blocks situated to the side of the plot protect gardens and pool area from prying eyes. Road traffic occurs around the complex, and internally, urbanization is crossed by many trails/paths that make circulations fluid and shorten distances between the different areas.

The pool area is located approximately in the center of the complex. Two sheets of water placed at different heights surrounded by greenery are the protagonists of this area. Each block of flats has a direct connection to this area.

The architects have designed a residential complex with low building density areas in where green spaces are predominant. The proportions of spaces, transmit in harmony. Low buildings rest smoothly on the ground without barely modifying it and becoming part of a larger complex, achieving a seamless integration.

This architectural firm has extensive experience in this type of residential projects linked to good weather and the outdoors. They have developed a number of developments on the Costa del Sol, specially in the city of Marbella and the provinces of Malaga and Cadiz with different characteristics and all with great success.
