PROJECT VILLA 417, URB. ROSARIO, MARBELLA
Gonzalez & Jacobson Architects in Marbella present VILLA 417, a detached house in El Rosario, Marbella, Malaga. Utilising their expertise, they propose bold, modern designs that perfectly suit the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Some designs start from scratch, while others involve renovation, expansion, or partial demolition of existing structures.
El Rosario, a residential area in Marbella, Malaga, is situated between beach and hills, with charming plots. Some offer unbeatable coastal views, just 10 minutes from Marbella’s old town and 30 minutes from Malaga city. The area boasts numerous golf courses and captivating beach bars.
VILLA 417
The project features a three-level detached house with a terrace, a 55m2 pool, gardens, and parking areas.
The contemporary design is linear, simple, and functional, creating spacious, bright areas. Glass predominates, accompanied by rocks and versatile materials like wood, employing innovative techniques. Eco-friendly and energy-saving trends are successfully incorporated, resulting in a light, slender construction that embraces modernity.
The house utilises the terrain’s topography, with the main entrance at street level leading to the ground floor’s reception room and pool. A large study occupies one end, with parking in the basement.
Level 1 houses three bedrooms with terraces and bathrooms.
The living-dining-kitchen area and study room are on level 0, surrounded by a spacious terrace with a pergola overlooking the pool and gardens. This level seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, inviting enjoyment of Mediterranean skies and year-round pleasant climate.
The finishes and materials enhance the design’s beauty and simplicity without compromising its grandeur.
With this design, Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture once again demonstrates their extensive experience and vision in such projects, as evidenced by their impressive portfolio in Spain (Marbella – Malaga), Nigeria, Morocco, and Mexico.
