VILLA MAICA
The land on which we act has a surface of 2556 M².
The total constructed area is 517 M² above ground.
Villa Maica & Juan, exudes placid feelings. It shows visually pleasing, serene in the provision; solid in the structure settled on pillars without any decorative additions is reflection of sobriety and elegance.
The interior brightness is product of the transparency of its façade, the splendid tower and the remarkable cornice which surrounds its perimeter are elements that lead us to the understanding of a classic beauty in the forms and concepts.
SYNOPSIS PROJECT BY THE ARCHITECTS IN MARBELLA
We are facing a case of detached house on a generous sized plot where both the home itself as the outsides, are a fundamental part of the project. Villa Maica in Marbella is an example of harmony in its form, for the proportions of its volumes, the size of its roofs and the rhythm of its holes. The property is well structured and in a transparent way hints with its volumes the internal configuration of its places, being the fireplace the main living area.
The architects have designed the entire house without excessive decoration , with sobriety and elegance. The sloping clear ceramic tiled roof mainly show us two levels. On the lower level there is a large covered porch that allows a smooth transition of the outside sunshine to the shelter of its shade. Each elevation opens differently to the exterior, leaving the larger porch overlooking the pool.
The plot has no major slopes and the building seems to have set softly on the green field, conveying a sense of calm and serenity. The horizontality predominates in the projects idea and we can only imagine a high structure, while we see it reflected in the pool.
This study of architecture in Marbella, Málaga, has carried out various projects similar to Villa Maica along the Costa del Sol, where the climate provides opportunities to develop activities in the gardens during almost all the year. The experience supports their work of these architects in Marbella.
