Quercus, an architectural project designed by Gonzalez & Jacobson in Benahavis, Costa del Sol, Malaga, comprises 31 homes spread across 6 buildings and various phases within a private urbanisation, interconnected by paths, plazas, and green spaces where tranquillity and relaxation are part of daily life.
Quercus is now a reality, a unique residential complex with an innovative concept. It represents a new way of living that is efficient and fully integrated with nature.
This project has been developed using BIM methodology, and we can confirm that the initial forecasts made three years ago have been largely realised. The application of BIM has resulted in a significantly reduced number of issues, leading to highly efficient construction development and allowing for proactive management of potential challenges during the build process.
