Given that the user profile at which they are focused is both first and second residence, a higher percentage of 3-bedroom apartments has been chosen, up to 65% of the total, and the remaining 35% of 2-bedroom apartments. Not surprisingly, this is an area quite consolidated by buildings, which in its beginnings was a summer resort area but in recent years has come to have a significant occupancy throughout the year, thanks to its proximity to the highway, the excellent location just minutes from shopping centers and Fuengirola, as well as the existence of facilities and services nearby.<br \/>\nIn the housing prototypes that we show you, you can appreciate the distribution of the day areas, with kitchens integrated with the living rooms, creating much larger spaces. The bedrooms are mostly open to the main facades, much more open, and all of them have closets.
