Opening a connection between the new kitchen and existing kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>-Removing existing flooring in the bar (floating floor).<\/p>\n<p>-Dismantling furniture, redoing, and repairing existing flooring, including planters.<\/p>\n<p>This refurbishment project modernises the spaces while partially preserving existing architecture.<\/p>\n<p>Covering the courtyard area with an iron structure topped with glass, along with a new interior layout featuring warmer and more organic elements, as well as other detailed actions listed above, will make the spaces more functional and comfortable, ensuring year-round enjoyment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>: : Gonzalez &amp;
