Ideally situated between the Mediterranean Sea and La Concha Mountain, GATE 3 boasts exceptional views and tranquil natural surroundings.<\/p>\n<p>Construction at GATE 3 is advancing rapidly. The site for the three villas, divided into plots (v30, v31, v33) of 1160-1210m2 with 497-640m2 builds, has been cleared.
