The Luxury Villa boasts spectacular sea views due to its orientation within the plot.<\/p>\n<p>Following the basic project&#8217;s approval, Gonz\u00e1lez &amp; Jacobson is now initiating the execution project phase. This involves BIM modelling of the entire architecture and the structure provided by structural engineers. This approach allows for cross-checking design consistency and avoiding future on-site issues.<\/p>\n<p>Attached are 3D model images and snapshots of the Luxury Villa&#8217;s development. A comparison of structural (in red) and architectural models highlights differences to be resolved before construction begins.
