They also design and detail the technical spaces that guarantee the proper functioning of the building.<\/p>\n<p>One example presented by the architecture firm in Marbella is the electrical rooms and the meter room. These are spaces that the owners of a villa or housing development might not initially consider. However, from a logistical, operational, and security standpoint, they are essential.<\/p>\n<p>Far from being residual spaces, these rooms require precise definition: adjusted dimensions, adequate ventilation, coordination with the structure, regulatory access, and a clear construction solution. In this project, the metal doors, ventilation systems, facade connections, and anchoring and finishing details were specifically designed.<\/p>\n<p>Every element is carefully considered so that there are no improvised decisions on site.
