Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture and its architects in Marbella presents views and a tour of the modified basic project for The View’s six multi-family residential blocks, developed using BIM methodology.
BIM refers to a collaborative work methodology used for creating and managing architectural projects, centralising all information among different intervening agents.
The contemporary architectural project of The View, located in the established La Alborada urbanisation in Benahavis, is organised in several volumes distributed in a fan-like scheme, providing generous views for each dwelling. The design features an undulating layout and balance between buildings, creating harmony between habitat and environment.
The View Marbella offers 2, 3, or 4-bedroom homes with spacious interiors and exteriors.
The Gonzalez & Jacobson architecture studio together with its architects in Marbella showcases part of the project’s execution phase documentation, demonstrating the BIM modelling of false ceilings in Block 2. This allows for the generation of plans and 3D views for a more precise study of potential junctions between different types of recessed lighting.
In architecture, recessed lighting refers to a constructive solution creating a two-level false ceiling to conceal a lighting system.
