Gonzalez & Jacobson and their Architects in Cadiz launches a new ALTARA project together with the real estate developer AELCA in La Alcaidesa, La Línea de la Concepción, Cadiz.

La Alcaidesa is a hidden natural gem waiting to be discovered, set in a stunning environment with unbeatable views of Gibraltar and the Mediterranean Sea. This area has experienced growth in recent years, featuring a tourist resort, golf course, small commercial area, residential developments, and spectacular beaches, just minutes from Sotogrande and the village of Guadiaro.

The architectural project made by the Architects in Cadiz involves a residential complex of 5,500m² constructed on a 21,000m² plot. It comprises four multi-family blocks with 55 apartments, including two- and three-bedroom units, penthouses, and duplexes. Expansive green areas and a gastropub enhance the development, providing additional appeal and services for residents.
