Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture continues to advance the construction of Vanian Phase 3 in Estepona, Malaga.

Architecture begins with laying brick upon brick or block upon block. These construction materials, combined with others, form resilient structures. Here, the Vanian project progresses steadily, adding construction processes to the architectural design.

Vanian, a residential complex in Estepona, Costa del Sol, designed by Gonzalez & Jacobson, is advancing at a good pace. We present updates and images:

• Spa walls with proper waterproofing and protection.

• Pergola structure using prefabricated joists for improved aesthetics.

• Completed structure of Block 17’s underground garage, ready for installations.

• Reinforced concrete walls forming lift shafts.

• Excavation of Spa’s interior area, with waterproofing after foundation work.

• Reinforcement for a future Jacuzzi, with Micropiles emerging from the base.
