Located in Mijas Costa, the plot in question is located at the foot of the A-7 road, in an elevated position, which allows you to enjoy magnificent views.
Precisely, the main design conditioning factor that the González & Jacobson Arquitectura team has encountered when undertaking this project has been to lay out the building respecting the building line of the road, which affects more than half of the plot, without losing the panorama.
And, as we like challenges, we have put all the efforts possible, obtaining as a result two buildings, one facing east and the other facing south, with a total of 6,000 m2 of buildable space and 45 homes, all with views. The complex has large gardens, swimming pool, parking and storage rooms.
