A few weeks ago we began the presentation of a preliminary project in which the González & Jacobson Arquitectura team is working, for 10 villas in the prestigious Guadalmina urbanization, in Marbella.
Well, today is the turn to advance the first sketches of one of the houses. Settled on a plot of about 1,600 m2 and with a substantially triangular shape, it is made up of a main volume on two levels, with an open ground floor where the day uses plus a bedroom are arranged, and an upper floor with another three bedrooms with their respective en-suite bathrooms, the main one with a large dressing room and private living area.
A second volume has also been planned for parking, adding the total of the house to about 320 m2 of buildable space.
