Work continues at Ipanema with contemporary design in Mijas, Malaga.
We present the progress of the development and ongoing works:
Façade painting, finishing of ramps and exterior areas of the complex.
Finishes in corridors and garden borders at the base of the lift access screen are underway.
Edging of the pedestrian path and completion of the entire access area to the first phase of the development are in progress.
The riprap wall on the interior road is being finished, along with other areas we haven’t mentioned, which we’ll save for a future post.
Week by week, month by month, progress is noticeable, and soon IPANEMA will become a reality, ready for occupancy.
