Recently, Gonzalez & Jacobson Architecture studio has participated in a contest of ideas for a low-density residential development on the Costa del Sol. On a large land we have proposed a distribution immersed in nature, a complex completely anchored to the ground, adapted in its orography and always respectful to the existing vegetation, a high valued landscape.
The land is traverse from north to south by a stream, which instead of an inconvenience, we consider it an opportunity to enhance the surroundings, taking advantage of this circumstance to improve the recreational areas and providing them with a plus quality. This together with the previous existence of a golf course and its immediacy to the A-7 road and the sea, make the place have a special attraction.
